The start of a new story

I have been in Seattle since March and the rollercoaster that was moving has started to slow down. I am so Happy to get off this ride. I was couch surfing for a while and the move was stressful and draining. I am now living and working in the middle of the Seattle and life is good. This move has been the closing the last chapter of really difficult time in my life. It came at the end of a three year process of healing from heart break and a divorce. For a while I was lost and after that I was a bit confused. I have spent a good part of the last two years learning about myself and exploring the world & people around me. Now I am ready to put that story book on a shelf and start a new one based on the exciting things this season will bring.

Since it was a start of a new story if figured it would be a good idea to get a new cover(look) for this blog.

The new look is the from the ever so talented and Kerrie from  Life On a Mission. She was gracious, kind and patient enough to work with me on creating a new look for the blog. I was blessed to find someone willing to help me make something out of nothing. I have to say that I had all this grand ideas of what I wanted the blog to look like and they were all a FAIL. Finally I had to tell her “I don’t know what I am doing I need help!” Thank God she was able to come to the rescue!

Lastly i want to THANK YOU for stopping by, I am so excited to share  my journey  with you!

Favorite Place (Spokane)

One of my favorite things to do in Spokane is eat at my favorite restaurant called Anthony’s. When I lived here in Spokane once a week I would go eat there with a friend for Happy Hour. We spent hours there talking about work, life and everything in between. This week we went back and I was so excited to find out they still had their Happy hour special.

They have a $5 dollar Happy Hour menu that has twenty items to pick from.

The best thing about it is that there is no order limit and the serving sizes are pretty big.

I love this place and it is the best restaurant I have ever been to. I am going to go back atleast one more time before I head out to Seattle.
